Created to support emotional growth with connection, compassion, and kindness, this method integrates years of experience as a child educator, trauma-informed coach, and art therapy practitioner, alongside neuroscience, neurobiology, and child development principles.
MAP On Demand provides non-clinical, drug-free one-on-one sessions tailored to your unique needs, using mindful and art-based tools, CBT, DBT, and trauma-body-mind release techniques to foster creativity, emotional expression, and authentic self-connection.
For those who have completed a MAP Coaching Program, ongoing support is available at a discounted rate, allowing you to continue your transformative journey at your own pace.
