Holistic Mental Health for Families, Tweens and Teens.

Unlock Resilience and Joy for your family!

Welcome to MAP - Mindful Art of Practices! A transformative journey guided by a trauma-informed coach, Art Therapy Practitioner, and Certified Transformational Parent Coach.

Individual Sessions

Individual Sessions are at the heart of the work I do. These one-on-one sessions offer a personalized, trauma-informed space for children, tweens, teens, and parents to feel seen, heard, and supported—meeting each person exactly where they are.

Whether you're navigating emotional challenges, family stressors, or developmental transitions, Individual Sessions are tailored to your needs using a process-based approach rooted in neuroscience, creative expression, and nervous system regulation.

These sessions can be experienced as a standalone service or as a powerful complement to my group or video-based coaching programs. Many families choose to integrate Individual Sessions alongside a structured program to receive deeper, more focused support.

Every session is designed to support emotional resilience, strengthen connection, and promote healing in a compassionate, non-clinical way.

What’s Included in Individual Sessions:

Depending on each person’s unique needs, sessions may include resources in Therapeutic Art & Creative Expression, Emotional Regulation, Parenting Support & Family Dynamics work, with add-ons such as Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) and Neurographic-Inspired Drawing.

If you’re looking for a deeply attuned, individualized approach to support your child, teen—or your entire family—this is where our work truly begins.

Parent Support

Embark on a transformative journey with our coaching for parents of teens, offering a roadmap to confidence, resilience, and the joy of building strong, supportive family connections.

Are You Feeling Lost and Overwhelmed as a Parent?
Parenting a tween or teen can feel like an uphill battle. You've tried so hard—reading books, following advice, using consequences, rewards, or even punishments—only to feel like nothing is working.

You’re exhausted, frustrated, and maybe even wondering, “What am I doing wrong?” Your child seems anxious, withdrawn, or disconnected, and you’re worried about them.

You want to be closer, to understand them, to help them—but you don’t know how.

Maybe you find yourself yelling more than you’d like, even though it’s not the parent you want to be. It’s not that you don’t care; it’s that you’re doing your very best, and it still feels like you’re falling short.

Please know, you’re not alone in this. Parenting is hard, and it’s okay to feel this way. There is a way forward—a way to build connection, trust, and understanding with your child while finding peace within yourself. Let’s take this journey together.

Teen Support

A safe and non-judgement space for teens to learn emotional resilience, distress tolerance, mindfulness, resetting the nervous system for growth and self-confidence.

Teen coaching offers a transformative journey of self-discovery, helping adolescents uncover their unique strengths, values, and aspirations.

By exploring their identity in a supportive space, teens develop a stronger sense of self and purpose, which becomes the foundation for confident decision-making.

Coaching also equips teens with practical tools to manage their emotions, fostering emotional intelligence, resilience, and the ability to cope with life’s challenges—rather than letting emotions take control.

Beyond self-awareness, coaching enhances communication and relationship skills, empowering teens to navigate family dynamics, build healthy peer connections, and resolve conflicts effectively.

With teen coaching, adolescents gain the confidence and life skills they need to thrive, both now and in the future.
